Assessments
Assessments for individuals, work teams, and partners (personal or professional)
Self-assessments can have value when individuals or work teams are focused on personal and professional development. These assessments are used with both individuals and work teams in both domestic and global settings.

Through my long affiliation with career transitions firm Drake Beam Morin (now Lee Hecht Harrison), and in my own practice, I have conducted individual assessments and tailored feedback meetings with approximately 1,000 individuals from the level of individual contributor to C-level leaders.
CONFLICT RESOLUTION AND CONFLICT MANAGEMENT SKILLS
Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI)
This assessment describes which of five approaches to resolving conflict is the individual’s preferred approach and presents thoughts on the benefits and limitations of over-utilization of that approach. Increases interpersonal effectiveness and decision making.
TKI Team Report
This report describes a work team’s general approach to resolving conflict, while also offering suggestions about other conflict resolution approaches that the team can use to increase the quality of decision making and to improve interpersonal interactions.
Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Conflict Report
One of the most widely used personal style assessments in the world, the MBTI Conflict Report presents the individual’s personal style, as well as suggestions for “best practices” in resolving conflicts for that specific style.
CAREER INTERESTS & EXPLORATION
Strong Interest Inventory Profile
This 9-page report describes how one’s specific interests and preferences link to various jobs, work settings, and career fields. Helps in expanding one’s sense of career directions and opportunities.
MBTI® Career Report
This report helps individuals explore their career options to find the “best-fit,” based on their personality preferences, by presenting insights into preferred work tasks and environments associated with the individual’s specific MBTI type.
Career Anchors
Edgar Schein was a psychologist and professor (MIT- Sloan School of Management) who designed the model of Career Anchors, which are the individual’s core values, motives, and talents that guide good career decisions by providing the individual with a sense of their “must haves” for a successful and enjoyable career path.
Career Reflections
One can learn a great deal about themselves and their successes by taking a self-directed assessment that involves completing a short list of incomplete sentences. This process reminds one of their successes, achievements, and personal attributes, all of which can be nicely communicated in resumes and during interviews.

CPI 260® Coaching Report for Leaders
Provides results on 18 leadership attributes organized into five core performance categories: self-management, team building and teamwork, organizational capabilities, problem solving, and sustaining the vision. Suggests next steps for one advancing in their career.
MBTI® Personal Impact Report
This 26-page report explores the impact of the individual’s MBTI type in eight areas, such as how one works, communicates, and interacts; making decisions and leading others; and approaches in handling conflict, stress, and change. Tips for professional/personal development are provided.
MBTI® Communication Style Report
This MBTI® report uses “type” preferences as a framework for understanding an individual's natural communication style and that of others. The report can help individuals understand their communication strengths, while also offering practical tips for development.
Emotional Quotient Inventory 2.0®
The EQ-i 2.0® is a scientifically validated assessment tool that measures emotional intelligence (EI) — the ability to recognize, understand, and manage emotions in yourself and others. MANAGING STRESS & INCREASING SKILLS IN EMOTIONAL RESILIENCE
MBTI® Stress Management Report
This MBTI report describes the specific MBTI style of the individual and then identifies triggering sources of stress for that individual, as well as optimal means of managing that stress, with the goal of assisting the individual in maximizing their interpersonal and cognitive performance.
