When working with individuals on various relationship issues (personal or professional), I use a consultative/coaching approach involving:

This “coaching” approach is different from psychotherapy, which focuses more on depth approaches to issues (such as resolution of trauma, mood disorders, and other psychological issues that are traditionally covered by insurance).
